Nestled into the hillside, you'll enjoy tranquil surroundings, along with a vast array of birds and wildlife that you won't find by the water and yet it’s only 8 blocks away from the beach!

When you rent this incredible condo, you'll feel like you are enjoying a jungle adventure, but with remarkable and distinctive views. We would like to clear so there is no confusion at all should you book your stay here. While this place is 8 blocks away from the beach it is up a hill that has cobblestones and is quite steep to walk back up. Those with problems with mobility problems or in poor health will not be able to do it. It is not within a short walking distance to the Malecon even though it may seem so on the map (at least 30 mins walking distance).
The use of a taxi back and forth will be necessary depending on where you go and who you are, for part or possibly all of your stay.

At night the view transforms into an amazing, twinkling array of city lights around the bay, looking towards Nuevo Vallarta. This unique location lets you experience Puerto Vallarta more like the locals do as it's just far enough from the crowded tourist areas to find peace and tranquility when you crave it.

From the condo, you can simply walk down the street when you feel like getting out and about to unique shopping, small, locally owned convenience stores and restaurants you won't find in other areas.

The condo itself is quiet and spacious, air conditioned and has all the amenities you could possibly need during your stay, including a full size washer and dryer, a lovely kitchen with all the necessities including coffee maker, microwave and convection oven. There’s also a large screen TV with DVD player, music player and free Wi-Fi for those peaceful moments when you prefer to stay in and enjoy the condo. There's also an outdoor BBQ grill complete with charcoal and ready to use.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large Jacuzzi tub and shower too!

The guest bedroom features a poolside/bay view. There's also a guest bathroom right next to it, complete with a beautiful marble enclosed walk in shower.

The condo building itself is small and there are only 10 units in the building. The pool area is hardly used by the rest of the tenants so you will likely have it to yourselves much of the time!

Amenities Special amenities include a hair dryer and straightener, clothing steamer, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner and combination safe is provided as well. Also supplied are a variety of condiments in single serve packets including ketchup, mustard, mayo, honey and hot sauce for your convenience as well as a nice supply of teas and other cooking essentials including spices, cooking oil and more.

Incredible Activities Puerto Vallarta is a renowned resort town, known for its pristine beaches, endless variety of water sports, vibrant nightlife scene and historical landmarks. In its charming, cobblestoned historic center you'll find the magnificent Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe church, a wide variety of restaurants, bars and boutiques.

El Malecón is a wonderful beachside promenade with impressive contemporary sculptures, along with nightclubs, lounges and bars that become quite lively as the sun sets. There's also a golf course just 7.9 Kilometres away (Marina Vallarta Club de Golf).

Constructions Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. The construction will cause noise and dust. Since there are so many different new buildings, it is hard to get away from it during the day. We encourage our guests to visit the different beaches and different parts in and around Puerto Vallarta during the day. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.

Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 PM.

Welcome to our beautiful Condomino Vista Bahia. We wish you a wonderful stay and we
sincerely hope that you get to enjoy our beautiful complex, the facilities here, and that you
may leave with wonderful memories of Puerto Vallarta. Please remember that
Condomino Vista Bahia is a residential complex and not a hotel. The majority of
your neighbors are homeowners and we request you respect their privacy and
Vista Bahia is located in the area of 5 th de Diciembre, and the address is:

In accordance with our established procedures, we want to make you aware of the ByLaws
and Rules that all occupants of the condominium must comply with during your stay. Failure
to do so may result in financial assessments or if necessary, legal action may be taken
against the owner, in accordance with the laws of Mexico and the State of Jalisco.
Safety & Security
1. The building is secured by a locked gate.
2. Parking for guests on the premises must be in the owners designated space if
unoccupied, otherwise on the street.
3. Do not place glasses, ashtrays or other items on the terrace railings that my fall and
injure others below. Smoking is permitted at the discretion of the
condo owner.
4. Under no circumstances can occupants take away the uniform aesthetics of the
building by leaning cushions against or hanging anything on terrace railings,
including towels, clothing, banner/flags or any other items.
5. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be considerate of others. This is our
home and not a hotel. Please treat it as such.
6. Common areas include the pool and terrace area, the hallways, staircases, entry and
parking areas. Penthouses 1 and 2 have rooftop terraces which are not common
areas. These are private areas for penthouse owners only.
Housecleaning and Trash
1. Housecleaning is not available in the building unless arranged by the owner.
2. Trash disposal is YOUR responsibility. Vista Bahia will soon have receptacles across
from the building, Please deposit your garbage in those trash receptacles or until
that time, down the hill in the receptacle provided on a regular basis and at the end
of your stay. All garbage bags must be securely closed. Do not leave trash outside
your door, in the stairwell, entry, or outside the building. Garbage is unsanitary; it
attracts insects and animals and produces undesirable odors. This policy will be
strictly enforced.
Pool Rules
1. Use of the pool is at one’s own risk, no lifeguard or attendant is on duty. An adult
must accompany children age 14 and younger at all times.
2. Moral behavior and respect for others at Vista Bahia is expected at all times.
3. Proper swim attire is required, nudity is never allowed. Babies must be in swim
diapers and are not allowed to be nude in the pool.
4. Glass and breakable objects are not allowed in the pool or on the surrounding
5. Use of the pool between the hours of 10 PM and 9 AM must be done quietly so as
not to disturb others. At times the pool may be closed for certain water treatment
procedures. Maintenance will post signs if the pool is closed.
7. Personal items and garbage must be removed when leaving the pool area. Please do
not leave towels or other items on the chairs to reserve lounge chairs. Use of the
lounge chairs are on a first come first serve basis.
1. One pet is allowed at the discretion of the homeowner.
a. Pets must be leashed at all times in the common areas.
b. Pets are not allowed in the pool or surrounding pool areas
c. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up pet refuse.
d. Pets should not be left unattended for undue lengths of time either indoors or
out on the terrace.
e. Guests are responsible to prevent pets from making excessive noise that
disturbs others in the building.
