This condominium is on located on the sixth floor of the building and offers breathtaking views from the condo's wrap around private terrace, has a fabulous view of Banderas Bay, looking south all the way down the coast to the famous Los Arcos and north all the way to Punta de Mita, along with all of the necessary amenities.
Amapas 353 Penthouse is a charming vacation rental property that offers all of the comforts of home and includes a large, open living area, a fully equipped kitchen with cook top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, along with cookware, utensils and table settings, and twice weekly maid service. This condo also includes a small loft above the living room with a single bed allowing your suite to sleep three.
Add to that air conditioning, cable TV, wireless Internet, netflix and a safe inside the rental unit - and you have everything you need for a fun-filled vacation in beautiful Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Amapas 353 condominium complex features a large heated pool with Jaccuzi on the roof top, a fully-equipped gym, barbeque and shaded lounge areas all overlooking the magnificent beach and Banderas Bay.
Just steps away from Los Muertos Beach, world-class restaurants and bars, boutiques, the Isla Rio Cuale and its lush vegetation and a 10-minute walk from the famous El Malecon.

Constructions Notice
Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. The construction will cause noise and dust. Since there are so many different new buildings, it is hard to get away from it during the day. We encourage our guests to visit the different beaches and different parts in and around Puerto Vallarta during the day. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.
ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 PM.
CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS
CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.
This property has its own policies, please read carefull.
1. No Smoking.
2. The A/C is very nice and very quiet and can cool the entire apartment in under 5 min. Please turn off the A/C when away or when sliding doors or windows are open.
3. The marble in the showers and on bathroom counters can stain and etch so please do not leave anything on them such as soaps, or hairspray bottles. Please try to wipe down shower after use.
4. Please dry off before exiting the pool area and no wet bathing suits on furniture.
5. Please respect our neighbors. No parties in the apartment or on the rooftop. Always turn down audio volume if requested.

Comments, Praise or Recommendations for the PVRPV Team:
Amapas 353 was an awesome property. Since that is the address you use that is where the person should be met. Not on the other side at a different address. We waited 30 minutes at the 353 Amapas address when the concierge was on the other side. The elevator was broken most of the time we were there and had to hike up to the 6th floor. But this was a minimal problem for us. The concierge that met us did not ask us anything about maid service and we forgot to ask so we did not receive maid service while we were there. We loved the view.
