Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
We always love staying at Molino de Agua. 209 is a nicely furnished unit but had some problems. The slider harder was cheap. On the bedroom balconies the locks were not-functioning, which was probably good because the same hardware on the main balcony made the sliders lock from the outside if closed--not good. There should be a separate locking mechanism so people don't get accidentally locked out. When we arrived it seemed that the last cleaning had not been recent, or was not done well. The floors were surprisingly dusty, seemingly not mopped. The maids on both days (different women) were pleasant, but the second cleaning on Jan 4 was more thorough than the one on Jan 2. The kitchen was a less well equipped than some other units. The toilet in the second bedroom had a slow but visible leak, which we pointed out to Pablo. Since this year we were only in the unit for a week, we did not want the disturbance of having a team remove and reset the toilet seal, so we just made due. I'm sure Pablo will follow up with the building engineer on this. And I do think the hardware on the sliders should be upgraded--this is supposed to be a luxury building.

Comments, Praise or Recommendations for the PVRPV Team:
We have worked with Pablo Soto for several years now and I cannot praise him highly enough! He was extremely responsive when our flight was four hours delayed and some of our group needed to check at the anticipated time and the rest of us arrived later. Pablo continually sought our feedback about our comfort and any issues with the unit, again responding very promptly when issues arose. During our stay we had a problem with a continually barking dog on the balcony in the unit above us (309). Both the security person at the Aquiles Serdan gate and Pablo contacted both security and administration to contact the dog owners, who (unfortunately) were also the unit owners--meaning that they seemed to not to be consistently pro-active in quieting their dog or keeping it inside. Pablo came to our rescue once again when we departed. One of our group had left an iPad in the living area, and Pablo sent a taxi with the device to meet us at the airport in plenty of time for departure. Pablo was also very helpful in booking our unit for next winter!
