Casa Loro Azul located in a ideal location in 5 de Diciembre (No big hills, slight incline walk) direct up from Pepe’s Tacos on Ecuador street off of Nicaragua street. 5 blocks from Ley’s Grocery. Walk down to the famous Malecon for a stroll among the shops, restaurants and bars or find a place on the beach. This neighborhood is filled with hidden gems. It is a walkable to Centro and Zona Romantica. Come discover the 5 de Diciembre neighborhood.
The Condo:
This NEW lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is beautifully furnished is a blend of modern and Mexican hacienda style. Fully Equipped with a full kitchen with all the basics (and more) for a short or long stay. It includes a refrigerator, a gas cooktop with oven, microwave, blender, pans to cook, dishes, glassware, a coffee maker and an oversized granite topped kitchen island with 2 barstools. Additionally, wireless internet throughout and air conditioning in each room. All the comforts of home. It features a balcony off the livingroom. The large oversized floor to ceiling glass windows open for tropical ocean breezes.
Casa Loro Unit 10 has a king-size bed and a queen-size bed, a large closet, a safe to store your valuables, nightstands, bedside lamps, and a television. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, TV and safe. It also has a comfortable living room with a sofa, 2 lounge chairs and a flat screen TV with live English channels via Amazon fire tv. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably.
Additionally, this unit has it own brand new, air conditioning and the latest in technology wireless internet that works throughout the Casa Loro complex. You can relax on your private terrace, or by the pool scroll your favorite websites or write an email to your friends back home.
The Building:
Casa Loro Azul is a boutique short term vacation rental property with 11 units. All units are completely renovated. On site laundry facilities (no extra fees) and weekly maid service.
The 2 level roof top features 2 Bbq areas, a lounge, a bar, gathering table and heated roof top pool with an oceanview. Lush greenery throughout the complex.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

THIS IS A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY
No smoking inside the property, the unit, on the terraces / balconies, at the pool or in the common areas.
Smoking is permitted outside the main door / gate.
OCCUPANCY POLICY
This is an adults only Building; NO Children under the age of 19.
Studio Units - 2 Guests Maximum.
2 Bedroom Units - 4 Guests Maximum.
VISITOR POLICY
Only guests registered and confirmed in your booking are allowed to occupy the unit.
Guests visitors are permitted but are limited to 1 visitor per studio unit and 2 visitors per 2 bedroom unit
Guest visitors must be registered with the property manager / host / concierge (day visitors or overnight visitors)
Guest visitors are NOT permitted to use the pool or common area without permission from the property manager
The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge may apply.
PET POLICY
Sorry no pets allowed.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE AFTER 11:00 PM: Including Radios, Stereos, Music, Televisions inside of the units. No noise in common areas after 11PM.
When entering and exiting the complex after 11PM remember other guests may be sleeping.
Please be respectful of ALL guests.
POOL POLICY
POOL HOURS 9AM to 10PM (promptly)
The use of the POOL is at your own RISK.
The pool is NOT supervised by a pool attendant or lifeguard.
Pool is for GUEST USE, should you wish to request to have a visitor use the pool, permission must be requested 24 hours prior to using the pool.
NO glassware in the pool or around the pool. PLASTIC glasses and stemware only.
NO Pool Parties
NO loud music or music played on portable sound systems at the pool or in the common areas.
NO Pets allowed in the pool
NO Running around the pool area
NO Urinating in the pool. Please use the washrooms in the common area.
PLEASE SHOWER or RINSE prior to using the pool. Showers are located on the same level as the pool
Pool towels may left in hamper in the common area washroom.
COMMON AREA RULES
The BBQ is for the use of all guests. Please check with the on-site property manager for assistance or booking.
PLEASE clean after using the BBQ, dining area and/or common areas once you are complete. Pick up your trash. If the area is not cleaned, there will be a fee of $500 pesos to have the maid clean.
Please be respectful of all guests. If you wish to use your phone, laptop and/or personal device for phone calls etc.
USE YOUR HEADPHONES.
Please leave the washrooms and/or pool showers clean and tidy. Do not leave towels in the common area.
Please do not leave wet laundry in the washer or dry laundry in the dryer.
GUEST KEYS
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose a set of keys the cost is $50USD (1000pesos) for each lost -unreturned or damaged key or set of keys. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out. This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.
