Upon entering to the Penthouse, you will discover a cozy living space and a dining area that can accommodate six people, providing you with even more room to relax and socialize with your guests. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony with stunning views.
There are two bedrooms: the first one features a luxurious King bed, and the second offers a comfortable Queen bed. The carefully selected decoration and design details will make you feel at home from the moment you set foot in these rooms. Additionally, you will have access to a laundry area, making your stay even more comfortable and worry-free.
Don't forget to enjoy the shared pool, dive in and refresh yourself on the sunny days of Puerto Vallarta.
The rooftop is the highlight of this house. Here, you will find a fantastic outdoor entertainment area with a fully equipped grill, perfect for hosting barbecues and enjoying delicious outdoor meals. Daily Rate: $199 USD plus taxes.
Weekly Rate: $1,190 USD plus taxes.

Please note that there is no elevator available in the house. There are 26 stairs to reach the first floor, an additional 23 stairs to the second floor, and 16 more stairs to the terrace.
PETS
Dogs under 12kg are welcomed in the unit, please consider a $500 USD deposit (CASH) is required upon arrival and returned upon check-out after an inspection and no damage in the unit.
Pets are not allowed in common areas.
CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS
CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

THIS IS A SMOKE FREE RESIDENCE
It is not allowed to smoke in any of the areas of the residence.
OCCUPANCY POLICY
Maximum occupancy of 4 people.
VISITOR POLICY
Only guests registered and confirmed in your booking are allowed to occupy the unit.
The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge may apply.
No overnight visitors are allowed.
PET POLICY

NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE AFTER 10:30 PM: Including Radios, Stereos, Music, Televisions etc.
POOL POLICY
The use of the POOL is at your own RISK.
NO glassware in the pool or around the pool. PLASTIC glasses and stemware only.
NO Pool Parties.
NO Running around the pool area.
NO Urinating in the pool. Please use the washrooms in the room next to the pool.
PLEASE SHOWER or RINSE prior to using the pool.
COMMON AREAS POLICIES
The BBQ grill is for the use of all guests. Please check with the Concierge for availability
PLEASE clean after using the BBQ, dining area and/or common areas once you are complete. Pick up your trash. If the area is not cleaned, there will be a fee of $500 pesos to have the maid clean.
Please be respectful of all guests. If you wish to use your phone, laptop and/or personal device for phone calls etc.
USE YOUR HEADPHONES.
Please leave the washrooms and/or pool showers clean and tidy. Do not leave towels in the common area.
GUEST KEYS POLICY
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each 2 people noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of Check-Out.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose, damage or not return a set of keys the cost is $1,000 pesos for each key. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out (CASH ONLY). This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.
