Torre Camichín is a small building located in a very quiet neighborhood in the Alta Vista area, just a 5-minute walk from the heart of the vibrant Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. Guests can explore a variety of restaurants, bars, art galleries, and shops. The beach is also conveniently close, just a 15-minute downhill walk away, ensuring easy access to sun, sand, and surf.

Main Room, Living Room & Terrace
The main room features a convenient Murphy bed, seamlessly connected to the well-furnished living room adorned with a sofa, two comfy chairs, a large smart TV with hundreds of US/Canadian/Mexican channels and a separate dining area for four. Guests have access to a full bathroom. Step out onto the spacious terrace, which includes its own lounge area and an outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying panoramic vistas of the ocean and town while relaxing with a morning coffee or evening cocktail. You will find a big closet as well and a safe inside.

Kitchen
The well-equipped kitchen boasts everything needed for culinary adventures, including all necessary glassware, cutlery, and more. Appliances such as a french door refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer and a dishwasher, are all at your disposal. An ample countertop space provides enough room for meal preparation and additional seating.

Guest Suite

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

NO SMOKING
No smoking inside the property, the unit, on the terraces / balconies, or common areas.

OCCUPANCY POLICY
Maximum occupancy of 4 people in the unit.
The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge will apply.
Only registered guests confirmed in your reservation are allowed to occupy the unit.

VISITOR POLICY
The number of visitors must not exceed the maximum occupancy of the unit.
Only guests registered and confirmed in your booking are allowed to occupy the unit.
No overnight visitors are allowed.

PET POLICY
Sorry, no pets allowed.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE between 11:00 pm until 8:00 am, including Speakers, Music, Televisions, etc. inside of the unit.

POOL POLICY
The use of the POOL is at your own RISK.
NO glassware in the pool or around the pool. PLASTIC glasses and stemware only.
NO Pool Parties.
NO Running around the pool area.
NO Urinating in the pool. Please use the washrooms in the room next to the pool.
PLEASE SHOWER or RINSE prior to using the pool.

COMMON AREAS:
Any area outside the private unit is considered common area of the condominium.
a) Articles that may impede corridor access by your neighbors, or are unkempt in appearance, will not be allowed. Towels, bathing suits and other items shall not be hung over outside railings.
b) Expenses associated with damage to common areas will be billed to the homeowners.
c) Any areas that contain operational systems for the building, including, but no limited to, the roof and maintenance room, may be entered only with authorization of the Administrator or designate.
d) Residents shall not allow access into the building to unauthorized persons.

GUEST KEYS
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose a set of keys the cost is $50USD ($1,000 pesos) for each lost-unreturned or damaged key or set of keys. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out. This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.
