The second bedroom features a King Size bed that can be converted to two single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, flat screen television with satellite and bathroom with shower.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.
This property has its own policies, please read carefull.
Parking spaces are for use by owners, their guest and renters. Vehicles must be parked in the assigned space. Parking spaces cannot be rented or loaned to non-residents of Paramount. The number of vehicles allowed cannot exceed the number of parking spaces assigned to the owner. The board must approve any other use.
Security staff are not allowed to leave their posts to escort non-owner occupants to their unit and are not responsible for providing guest services.
Please insure that your Property Manager/representative is aware of their responsibilities; The PM is to provide Paramount Administration with a guest authorization showing:
1. Names of guest
2. Date of arrival
3. Day of departure
4. Signed documentation that guest has received
Paramount Rules & Regulations. Property Manager/representative is responsible for checking in/checking out and letting the guest know that if there are any problems/issues with the unit they must call the Property Manager/representative.
Owners that have overnight guests staying with them must provide Administration/Security with name, arrival & departure dates and vehicle description if any and indicate parking space authorization.
Paramount Administration and Security will not hold or provide keys for owners or renters. The property manager is responsible for providing the key to the renter at or before check-in and for collecting the key at checkout.
Residents must meet delivery people in the lobby, receive the delivery there or escort the delivery person to their unit and back to the lobby.
Gym Rules:
The gym is to be used only by owners, renters and guests of owners (residents) that are staying in the owners unit. If you have guests staying with you they can use the gym, if you have a guest visiting for the day, the guest cannot use the gym.
Gym hours from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Use of the gym is at your own risk.
No one under age 16 allowed unless accompanied by an adult.
Always keep the doors closed to prevent condensation from the AC.
Bring a towel to use during workout.
Use a towel on seat back when working out.
Wipe down the equipment with spray disinfectant after use.
Return the weights to racks after use.
Do not slam or drop weights. Keep free weights away from windows.
30 min limit on machines when people are waiting.
Return the TV remote control to security and turn off TV and AC after finish.
Report equipment problem to Security or Administration.
Pool Rules:
The pool is to be used by owners/residents and their overnight guests, if you have a guest for the day the owner/resident must be present at the pool with the day guest.
Pool hours are 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
Daily.
No glass or breakable objects allowed in or near the pool
Food is prohibited inside the pool.
No furniture is permitted to be placed in the Pool at any time (lounge chairs, etc.)
Furniture and chaise lounge chairs are first-come, first-serve. Please do not chairs by placing towels or other personal items on chairs. Please return Pool furniture and chaise lounge chairs to where you found them.
Swimming attire must be worn at all times when using the pool. Street clothing is not allowed.
For safety reasons, inflatable mattresses, boats, tires, etc. are not allowed
Please shower before entering the pool.
No diving, running or horseplay in or around the Pool area is allowed.
Only headphones are permitted at the pool to listen to music.
Please dispose of all trash in the appropriate receptacle.
Any damaged items will be repaired or replaced at Guest expense.
An Adult must accompany children under 12 at all times.
Children in diapers are not allowed in the pool at anytime.
No one is ever permitted to sit on or jump from the Pool bar counter at any time.
Garbage
Garbage collection is Monday to Sunday at 11:00pm.
Garbage must be leaved outside of your unit next to the stairways.
Please do not put liquids in your trash bags-the liquid spills from the bags and causes stains and attracts unwanted critters.
Please take the garbage out at night after 8:00 PM till 11:00 PM so it can be collected. There is no garbage collection during the day; if you need to dispose of garbage during the day please take it to the containers on E2.
ANY BREACH TO THE CONDOMINIUM'S REGULATIONS, ITS ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION OR THE LAW SHALL BE CAUSE OF IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION AND THE ADMINISTRATOR SHALL BE ABLE TO ASK FOR THE VACATION OF THE PRIVATE UNIT AT HAND AND THE CONDOMINIUM BY THE OFFENDERS.
ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 p.m., will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 a.m. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 p.m.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
802a was perfect for our vacation here in Puerto Vallarta, it was spacious with all the amenities for cooking in or just to enjoy the magnificent view of the beach and bay. The deck and outdoor dining space was the best part, some days we did’t even want to leave. The walk to the beach was easy perhaps a bit challenging for anyone with mobility issues but a great workout.
Cabs were easy to get right at the entrance.
Perhaps one thing to mention about the building is the sun exposure at the pool - the pool is also magnificent but in the early part of the year does not get any sun until very late in the day and then only minimal so plan to hit the beach. The unit was a great spot to experience New Years Eve with all of the great firework displays.
Security staff were friendly and helpful
Loved every thing about the unit and of course PV - we will be back!!
802a fue perfecto para nuestras vacaciones aquí en Puerto Vallarta, era espacioso con todas las comodidades para cocinar o simplemente para disfrutar de la magnífica vista de la playa y la bahía. La terraza y el comedor al aire libre fueron la mejor parte, algunos días ni siquiera queríamos irnos. La caminata a la playa fue fácil, quizás un poco desafiante para cualquier persona con problemas de movilidad, pero fue un gran ejercicio.
Los taxis eran fáciles de conseguir justo en la entrada.
Tal vez una cosa a mencionar sobre el edificio es la exposición al sol en la piscina: la piscina también es magnífica, pero en la primera parte del año no recibe sol hasta muy tarde y luego es mínimo, así que planee ir a la playa. . La unidad fue un gran lugar para experimentar la víspera de Año Nuevo con todos los fantásticos espectáculos de fuegos artificiales.
