This luxurious 2,200 square foot, 2 bedroom—2 bath fully furnished unit at Paramount Bay went through a floor to ceiling renovation in 2017. The open-kitchen appliances are new, including a gas cooktop with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker; and the kitchen also includes a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and full suite of kitchenware. Each piece of furniture was custom made by local craftsmen and the spacious dining table and counter are marble and quartz, perfect for entertaining or simply enjoying time at home. The living area offers comfortable seating options to enjoy the view or just watch the smart TV either through your own streaming services via wifi. There is even a bar area and large wine-refrigerator to hold your favorite bottles of wine. Central Air Conditioning is available throughout the condo with separate controls in all rooms. The spacious balcony offers a seamless additional outdoor living area with lounge furniture, another dinning table and chairs with cushions, sun chairs….and a gas BBQ grill.
The master bedroom suite includes a King size bed, oversized closet and well-appointed en-suite bath, with double vanity sinks, a rain shower and deep soaking tub. Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

GUEST KEYS
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose a set of keys the cost is $50USD ($1,000 pesos) for each lost-unreturned or damaged key or set of keys. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out. This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.
Parking spaces are for use by owners, their guest and renters. Vehicles must be parked in the assigned space. Parking spaces cannot be rented or loaned to non-residents of Paramount. The number of vehicles allowed cannot exceed the number of parking spaces assigned to the owner. The board must approve any other use.
Security staff are not allowed to leave their posts to escort non-owner occupants to their unit and are not responsible for providing guest services. Please insure that your Property Manager/representative is aware of their responsibilities.
Owners that have overnight guests staying with them must provide Administration/Security with name, arrival & departure dates and vehicle description if any and indicate parking space authorization.
Paramount Administration and Security will not hold or provide keys for owners or renters. The property manager is responsible for providing the key to the renter at or before check-in and for collecting the key at checkout.
Residents must meet delivery people in the lobby, receive the delivery there or escort the delivery person to their unit and back to the lobby.
Gym Rules:
The gym is to be used only by owners, renters and guests of owners (residents) that are staying in the owners unit. If you have guests staying with you they can use the gym, if you have a guest visiting for the day, the guest cannot use the gym.
Gym hours from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Use of the gym is at your own risk.
No one under age 16 allowed unless accompanied by an adult.
Always keep the doors closed to prevent condensation from the AC.
Bring a towel to use during workout.
Use a towel on seat back when working out.
Wipe down the equipment with spray disinfectant after use.
Return the weights to racks after use.
Do not slam or drop weights.
Keep free weights away from windows.
30 min limit on machines when people are waiting.
Return the TV remote control to security and turn off TV and AC after finish.
Report equipment problem to Security or Administration.
Pool Rules:
The pool is to be used by owners/residents and their overnight guests, if you have a guest for the day the owner/resident must be present at the pool with the day guest.
Pool hours are 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Daily.
No glass or breakable objects allowed in or near the pool
Food is prohibited inside the pool.
No furniture is permitted to be placed in the Pool at any time (lounge chairs, etc.)
Furniture and chaise lounge chairs are first-come, first-serve ; Please do not save chairs by placing towels or other personal items on chairs.
Please return Pool furniture and chaise lounge chairs to where you found them.
Swimming attire must be worn at all times when using the pool. Street clothing is not allowed.
For safety reasons, inflatable mattresses, boats, tires, etc. are not allowed
Please shower before entering the pool.
No diving, running or horseplay in or around the Pool area is allowed.
Only headphones are permitted at the pool to listen to music.
Please dispose of all trash in the appropriate receptacle.
Any damaged items will be repaired or replaced at Guest�s expense.
An Adult must accompany children under 12 at all times.
Children in diapers are not allowed in the pool at any time.
No one is ever permitted to sit on or jump from the Pool bar counter at any time.
Garbage
Garbage collection is Monday to Sunday at 11:00pm.
Garbage must be left outside of your unit next to the stairways.
Please do not put liquids in your trash bags-the liquid spills from the bags and causes stains and attracts unwanted critters.
Please take the garbage out at night after 8:00 PM till 11:00 PM so it can be collected.
There is no garbage collection during the day; if you need to dispose of garbage during the day please take it to the containers on E2.
ANY BREACH TO THE CONDOMINIUMS REGULATIONS, ITS ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION OR THE LAW SHALL BE CAUSE FOR IMMEDIATE EVICTION OF THE GUEST BY THE ADMINISTRATOR WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
FINES FOR RULES VIOLATIONS
First violation: verbal admonishment by Security/Administration
Second violation: a fine of $5,000 MXN
Third violation: a fine of $10,000 MXN
Each additional violation: a fine of $10,000 MXN
Note: failure or refusal to adhere to a verbal admonishment shall constitute a second violation.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
This was our 4th year at Paramount Bay (3rd in this unit) and we just love everything about the complex. It is beautiful, well managed, and the staff is great! We are coming back next year and hopefully for many more to come. Unit 407C is beautiful, well-appointed and very well stocked with excellent sheets and towels, and all the kitchen implements and supplies one could want. There are a few small items that have shown their wear and could use to be fixed or replaced: The webbing in the outdoor furniture needs to be tightened to provide firmer seating, and the toaster burns the toast. But these are small things. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.
Este fue nuestro cuarto año en Paramount Bay (tercero en esta unidad) y nos encanta todo sobre el complejo. ¡Es hermoso, bien administrado, y el personal es genial! Vamos a volver el próximo año y esperamos que por muchos más por venir. Unidad 407C es hermoso, bien equipado y muy bien surtida con excelentes sábanas y toallas, y todos los utensilios de cocina y suministros que uno podría desear. Hay algunos pequeños elementos que han mostrado su desgaste y podría utilizar para ser arreglado o reemplazado: La cincha en los muebles al aire libre necesita ser apretado para proporcionar asientos más firmes, y la tostadora se quema la tostada. PVRPV is the best property management company in PV, bar none. We had a number of things go wrong this year in our unit, including a clothes dryer that died. PVRPV paid for our clothes to be laundered, and two days later, replaced the dryer. Every time something went wrong, Javier was there within a few hours with a smile on his face to fix the problem or arrange for someone else promptly to do so.
Everyone is so pleasant and responsive at the company; from the time you arrive until you leave. 5 star service!
PVRPV es la mejor empresa de gestión de la propiedad en PV, sin excepción. Tuvimos una serie de cosas van mal este año en nuestra unidad, incluyendo una secadora de ropa que murió. PVRPV pagó por nuestra ropa a lavar, y dos días más tarde, sustituyó a la secadora. Cada vez que algo iba mal, Javier estaba allí dentro de unas pocas horas con una sonrisa en su rostro para solucionar el problema o arreglar para que alguien lo haga con prontitud.
