Enjoyed our trip and the condo. Both Elevators were not working the last six days of the trip. Pablo our PVRPV Concierge came and helped carry our bags down when we checked out. Very attentive and helpful.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
We found roaches in Unit 106 and reported that to Allen, who said he was the property manager. He reached under the sink and grabbed a can of Raid insect killer. That led us to believe that he knew there was or had been a problem with roaches in that unit before. When we used the toaster a roach came running out from under it and across the counter. I contacted Kim at PVRPV and told her of our experience. She immediately sent out an exterminator to spray the unit for roaches. No more problems were noted.
As for the unit, the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking but the unit in general was fairly sterile. It looked like the owners had purchased the lowest basic unit and had done nothing to fix it up. The couch was very uncomfortable and there were no pillows. There was a very large strange leopard skin recliner in the living room. The bathroom was fine and the balcony was great! We would recommend getting a second chaise lounge for the balcony so two people could lay out there and enjoy the excellent patio.

Encontramos cucarachas en la unidad 106 y se lo comunicamos a Allen, que dijo ser el administrador de la propiedad. Metió la mano debajo del fregadero y cogió una lata de insecticida Raid. Eso nos llevó a creer que sabía que había o había habido un problema con las cucarachas en esa unidad antes. Cuando usamos la tostadora, una cucaracha salió corriendo de debajo y atravesó la encimera. Me puse en contacto con Kim de PVRPV y le conté nuestra experiencia. Inmediatamente envió a un exterminador para que fumigara el apartamento en busca de cucarachas. No hubo más problemas.
En cuanto a la unidad, la cocina estaba bien equipada para cocinar, pero la unidad en general era bastante estéril. Parecía que los propietarios habían comprado la unidad básica más baja y no habían hecho nada para arreglarlo. El sofá era muy incómodo y no había almohadas. Había un extraño sillón reclinable de piel de leopardo muy grande en el salón. ¡El baño estaba bien y el balcón era genial! Recomendaríamos conseguir una segunda tumbona para el balcón para que dos personas pudieran tumbarse allí y disfrutar del excelente patio.

We received no maid services . we were not notified of the weather conditions ( hurricane) and there were no follow up if there was damage in the property nor questions if we were ok . The place had roaches and we had to deep clean and wash a lot of the dishes for proper hygiene .the place looks tired and can use a good coat of paint .

The condo employees (front desk area) were not very engaged. Meaning did not say hi or look up. Was odd.

The unit is nice but is a bit dated. Furniture and design a bit old. But the view from balcony is so good, it doesn’t matter. The whole complex was good but the front desk is not good. We had problems with the front desk. They were rude and not nice. It slightly ruined our stay. I mentioned the guys name in other review.

There was loud construction across the street and in the Signature lobby several hours each day. Pool was freezing. Alexa with Pinnacle refused to turn heater on. Pool maintenance "flocked" pool on Tuesday morning, 11/8 and pool was closed for two days. No alternatives were offered.
Many pool tiles are missing and circulation is poor; pool is in need of extensive renovation. I will never stay at a Pinnacle property again.

Hubo una construcción ruidosa al otro lado de la calle y en el vestíbulo Signature varias horas cada día. La piscina estaba helada. Alexa con Pinnacle se negó a encender el calentador. El mantenimiento de la piscina "reunió" la piscina el martes por la mañana, 11/8 y la piscina estuvo cerrada durante dos días. No se ofrecieron alternativas.
Faltan muchos azulejos de la piscina y la circulación es deficiente; la piscina necesita una amplia renovación. Nunca me volveré a hospedar en una propiedad de Pinnacle.

Perfect place to stay for your next or first Puerto Vallarta vacation!

The place was great there was a few hiccups but nothing that would make me want to give ya a bad review. The 2nd AC unit leaked this morning when we went to grab food. It was the only one running and it wasn't set on the lowest setting either because that was too cold to sleep that low. The dryer didn't work. We tried every cycle on the dryer to no avail. You could tell that some heat was coming thru but not nearly enough to dry towels. We think the vent maybe clogged with lint. Other than those things everything else was perfect.”

We were extremely happy with this unit and the overall property. The location and amenities are exceptional. The unit is very well maintained and well stocked. We loved just sitting on the patio and enjoying the views of PV. I would definitely consider renting this place again.

On the staff side, I want to commend Eduardo with PVRPV... he is an exceptional asset to your company. He is smart, predictive in customer needs, very attentive and responsive to questions. He was a pleasure with which to deal. In fact, I referred two close friends to PVRPV who ended up renting with you because if Eduardo and his Excellent customer service.

The building staff bellman would not assist when arriving with luggage and groceries because the unit is not in there rental pool. The guy would ask unit number upon arrival and check his card then state he is unable to assist. The only issue with the unit is the mattress we a little firm for our preference so we purchased a topper.

If the dryer didn't break down, and the dishwasher worked properly and the ice machine didn't need to be prepared it would have been a flawless vacation. I was extremely disappointed with the black mold on the patio outside blinds that went down. The smell was terrible and is a health risk with the wind blowing the mold spores all over that I could smell.
However, the customer service and care from PVRPV was outstanding. :-)

All staff were friendly and helpful. Loved our unit and the property. Only problem was we had requested to be able to check in an hour earlier (2:00 pm). We received confirmation that we could and the concierge would meet us at the property at 2:00 pm. The concierge did meet us at 2:00 pm, but the room was not ready. Maid was not in the room cleaning when we were given instructions on the amenities and shown the room. It was almost 4:00 pm before room was ready, so we ended up not being able to check in until an hour past normal check in time. We are already booked to stay in PH6 starting October 18, 2021 and our flight arrives around 1:00 pm so we would also need an early check in on that date as well (2:00 pm). Hopefully our room will be ready!

From the PVRPV side everything was very well done. And very nice. Eduardo was amazing start to finish. The staff at Pinnacle were great until they learned that I was in 106 (not a property they manage) then immediately their attitudes changed and were less friendly and unhelpful. With the exception of the bar staff. Administration and security were not. I have stayed at this property many times and it is the first time I have encountered this. It was frustrating.

The unit has wonderful view and balcony. The unit needs a freshening up with a new paint job. There were issues with the stove and oven this was brought to PVRPV 's attention.
The cleaning of the condo could use some improvement, the dishes and pans in the cupboard needed a good wash as the pans were still dirty from last use. The floor needed to be cleaned and scrubbed thoroughly. The dishwasher does not clean well and may need to be replaced as it is moving from the spot as it is not attached well, also there is moud in the dishwasher.
The building Pinnacle is a beautiful building, the lounge downstairs is relaxing and great place to watch sunset. We were pleased with Pablo's service and orientation. Overall a nice place to stay, would be a great place if some of the above mentioned items were attended to.

La unidad tiene vista maravillosa y balcón. La unidad necesita una renovación con un nuevo trabajo de pintura. Hubo problemas con la estufa y el horno, esto se informó a PVRPV.
La limpieza del condominio podría mejorar, los platos y sartenes en el armario necesitaban un buen lavado ya que las sartenes todavía estaban sucias por el último uso. El piso debía limpiarse y fregarse a fondo. El lavavajillas no se limpia bien y es posible que deba ser reemplazado ya que se está moviendo del lugar ya que no está bien sujeto, también hay moho en el lavavajillas.

PVRPV staff and services were great,
The unit was in a prime location with prime view and a building with high end fixtures and amenities (despite COVID restrictions).
The units furnishings, decorations and accessories were however, Costco at best and more likely flea market quality. Mismatched linens and dinnerware
Since the complex is a rental complex, outside renters (ie: PVRPV clients) did not receive the same service from the building staff.
I've rented thru PVRPV in the past and will continue to due so in future visits ... just not at this unit or building.

Everyone from PVRPV had been amazing. Service was excellent, very helpful. Special thanks to Pablo who had been super helpful. This particular unit in Signature 106 is in a great building, however I personally think that a simple change in some more decent furniture and some new bed linens and towels will totally elevate the rental potential of this unit.

Front desk not much help.. We tried to use the luggage cart but they would not let us use it and even though there were several staff standing around no one seemed interested in helping. The unit was great. One minor suggestion would be a full length mirror. The bartenders were the best.

We rented this property for our wedding anniversary celebration. This property is immaculate and has everything you need the balcony is large and spacious and an amazing view of the bay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and everything you need to make a meal we only used it for breakfast but we were happy to have it . The property its self was great it has a large infinitely pool and everyone at the property is very friendly. We will be come back thank you !!

Overall a very good experience.
However the bathroom toilet seat was broken and never repaired despite our request. TV was not working upon arrival and was only fixed temporarily- we had no TV for most of our stay.
Finally despite asking about a sunset sailing tour five times with theee different staff, (before departure online request, by email and in person on site) we ending up discovering one ourselves. Time consuming, so nice if PVRPV would have provided this service or let us know that they could not.
Unit itself well located and comfortable although a bit shabby

En general, una muy buena experiencia. Sin embargo, el inodoro del baño estaba roto y nunca se reparó a pesar de nuestra solicitud. La televisión no funcionaba a la llegada y solo se reparó temporalmente; no tuvimos televisión durante la mayor parte de nuestra estancia. We used the gym and pool at the building however, while at the pool we had 2 friends with us and we were kicked out although the signs (at the entrance and by the pool) clearly states in English and Spanish - \"The pool is for the exclusive use of owners, renters and their guests.\" We were told that guests were not allowed to use the pool.

The only issue I had was that the washer and dryer were removed for repairs and I was told they would be reinstalled Wednesday or Thursday of the week I was there and they were not. I sent an email to follow up to see if they would be brought back in by Friday of that week and I did not receive a reply. The reason I stay in condo rentals versus hotels is that there is a washer and dryer available for me to do laundry while I am vacationing. That way I do not have to spend my first day back from vacation doing loads of laundry. It would be nice to receive some compensation for the inconvenience, such as a percent off of my next stay or transport to and from the airport. Thank you!

The representative was about 30 minutes late upon our arrival at Signature at Pinnacle on Thursday, July 6, 2017. We did not have maid service for Unit #106 during our entire stay. Only one control for the air conditioning unit for the living and bedroom area. We had to figure out how to work the control. It was not explained and we had to make arrangements for our transportation to the airport with the concierge at Pinnacle. One of the drawers was broken for the dresser which we reported and our representative did not show up for our check out. Our vacation could not have been better. Angel was on time for check in and check out. Very friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the hot water and safe, I sent an email and received a response immediately and the problem was fixed very quickly. I have used other companies to rent in the past but nothing compares to the service and quality of PVRPV. I will definitely be using them again next time I come down to Puerto Vallarta!

This unit # 106 at Signature Pinacle is great EXCEPT the mattress on the bed is worn out and way too soft. I have booked this unit for 3 weeks in October and really, really, really hope it has been replaced with a new one by then.

The unit is nice. I\'d rent it again. Decor is a little \"uneventful and uninspired\" but comfortable. Could definitely use the talent and eye of a gay man...just saying. Ventilation is minimal in the bathroom. Irritating. Guests shouldn\'t feel uncomfortable using the facilities when others are in the living area.

Everything was perfect with our stay! We have used PVRPV on numerous occasions and have always been very pleased. Thanks!

The only recommendation I would make regarding our unit this time is that there was no shampoo and the bathroom soaps were small and fragrant free. Other units seemed to include shampoo, condition, and nicer soaps. We were not bothered by it, it would just have made it even nicer.

Check in was late. On Saturday, a man wearing your company shirt did not even knock and used the code and keycard to get into the condo when I was here. No idea why. He had no explanation. I have my checkout set for 1:30pm and went out late last night as it is the ultimate night of my long weekend. 10:45-am two of your employees were knocking on the door and woke me up. I expected more from pvrpv. I do not understand what your employees are doing. Today\'s two did not even know what time I was set to check out. Lina was great to work with on the reservation I must add but the other things... no bueno

I did have an issues with the guy at the front desk/security guard. One day we were at the pool, I went to use the bathroom off the pool and he became very upset that I was going to use that bathroom. He blocked me from using it....I explained I was staying there. He did not want to hear it.
Also when we were leaving, he did not call us a cab right away, he made us wait until he made a phone call. One couple came after us, and he got them a cab first. This \"Arturo\" guy did not like us for some reason, there is an issue there.
I have never had an issue before, this was my third time staying at the Pinnacle.

Always happy with PVRPV. If i could recommand something it\'s the method of payment with th credit card that is complicated because it\'s an international payement. May be you should add an option with paypall or etransfer with your bank account.

I loved the unit and everything else but the only thing I would change is that maybe food could be served at the lounge so I don\'t necessarily have to leave to get something to eat. Otherwise everything else was perfect I will definitely stay there again when I come back!

This my second stay at the Pinnacle...again fantastic stay. Your staff was great! The unit was great!
I hope to be booking again shortly for next year. Any discounts for steady customers????
The only issue I had was the pool did not seem private, anyone at the bar could use the bar. One day there were no more spots around the pool since a lot of people came for happy hour and the pool. Most of the people that day were not staying at the Pinnacle.

It was a pleasant stay. Excellent treatment by staff PVRPV! We recommend this service to all of our friends.. The only bad thing was one of the soiled / stained sheets and the last day problems with the air conditioning. Thank you very much for all your kindness and professionalism. Definitely we will use this service and possibly return to this condominium.
