This charming, Mexican style home is part of a 6-story condo complex located hillside with stunning ocean and beach views. It is approximately a five-minute walk to the famous Los Muertos beach and about a ten-minute walk to Puerto Vallarta’s beloved Romantic Zone with vibrant restaurants, shops, galleries, and nightlife.
This condo is conveniently located on the same floor as the Villa Santa Barbara rooftop pool including a patio area with a partially covered lounge and BBQ area and sweeping views of the bay.
Enjoy the stunning views from your own private balcony overlooking the gorgeous Amapas neighborhood as well as the beach and Banderas Bay. Every sunset is one to remember at Villa Santa Barbara.
Living Room
The condo features bright, airy living spaces with high, vaulted ceilings. As well, it is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, a comfortable sofa where you can also enjoy the view, and a television with Apple TV to log into your favorite streaming accounts. Additionally, a desk, free Wi-Fi, a printer, and a 34” monitor are available for all your remote work needs.
Kitchen
There is a well-equipped kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, a spacious refrigerator, 4 gas burners cooktop with oven, microwave, toaster, and a coffee maker. The comfortable bar chairs allow dining for up to four or five guests. The kitchen also includes all the pots and pans, silverware, plastic containers, glasses and necessary items to prepare delicious meals during your vacation.
Main Bedroom
The primary bedroom offers a king size bed with beautiful linens, mounted television with Apple TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and a nicely tiled en-suite bathroom with a large shower.
Second Bedroom
The guest bedroom offers a king size bed that can split into 2 twin beds, a closet with extra linens and towels, en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning and ceiling fan. In this room you will also find a washer and dryer for your convenience.
PLEASE NOTE: Villa Santa Barbara is not equipped with an elevator.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

NO SMOKING
No smoking inside the property, on the terraces / balconies, or common areas.
OCCUPANCY POLICY
Maximum occupancy of 6 people in the unit.
The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge will apply.
Only guests registered and confirmed in your booking are allowed to occupy the unit.
No overnight visitors are allowed.
PET POLICY
Sorry, no pets allowed.
All guests shall refrain from excessive noise – day and night. No loud music any time of day or night. Do not play music in the pool area when other tenants are present.
POOL POLICY
The use of the POOL is at your own RISK.
NO glassware in the pool or around the pool. PLASTIC glasses, cans and stemware only.
NO Pool Parties.
NO Running around the pool area.
NO Urinating in the pool. Please use the washrooms in the room next to the pool.
PLEASE SHOWER or RINSE prior to using the pool.
POOL POLICY
Please refer to the section "General Policy"
GUEST KEYS
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose a set of keys the cost is $50USD ($1,000 pesos) for each lost-unreturned or damaged key or set of keys. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out. This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.
Rules for Renters
Respect the Penthouse as well as the entire building as you would your own home. Show kindness to others in the building. Several people live in and call Villa Santa Barbara home.
No smoking in the Penthouse. Smoking is not allowed in any common areas including the grill patio and pool area.
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
Renters and guests shall, under no circumstance, hang towels, clothing, or any other such objects on the balconies or terraces anywhere in the building, including the Penthouse balcony.
Plexiglass plates and glasses are available for the pool area. No glass of any kind allowed in the common patio & pool area.
Only canned beer is allowed in the common patio & pool area. No glass beer bottles allowed in the patio/pool area.
Before using the pool, you must shower off first. A shower is available next to the pool. Nudity is not allowed on the Penthouse balcony nor in the common areas, pool, or patio area.
The use of the pool and rooftop patio is strictly enforced from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
All renters and guests shall refrain from excessive noise – day and night. No loud music any time of day or night. Do not play music in the pool area when other tenants are present.
Under no circumstances shall renters or guests throw any objects from the rooftops, terraces or balconies.
One car per condo is allowed to park in the VSB parking lot.
Renters and guests shall take precautions to avoid robberies or crime at Villa Santa Barbara and in the Penthouse. Do not let anyone unknown to you onto the property or follow you through the building
entrances. Do not share the door code with anyone.
No more than 4 people total, which includes the number of people renting, are allowed to visit the property, use the pool and patio area, or stay overnight.
All renters and guests agree to and accept all bylaws and rules pertaining to them as listed above.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
Stunning apartment!! Loved waking up to the beautiful ocean view. Place was just as listed in the pictures. Everything was dust free and clean. Individual a/c in each room. Has everything you need such as kitchen utensils, bathroom supplies, cleaning products, towels, and closets have hangers. Feels like I’m at home.
¡Impresionante apartamento! Me encantó despertar a la hermosa vista al mar. El lugar era tal y como aparece en las fotos. Todo estaba libre de polvo y limpio. Individual a / c en cada habitación. Tiene todo lo necesario como utensilios de cocina, artículos de baño, productos de limpieza, toallas y armarios tienen perchas. Se siente como estar en casa.
