PVRPV is proud to introduce Villa Castillo, with more than 12,000 square feet of living space. It is located on the hillside of the residential community of Conchas Chinas. Often referred to as the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta, Conchas Chinas and this villa offers stunning panoramic views over the Bay of Puerto Vallarta. You will experience some of the best sunsets in Puerto Vallarta.

Recently updated and renovated, this exceptional, traditional style villa boasts a large pool (heated), where you can swim, enjoy a pool-side nap or the sun. There is a pool bar area to prepare your drinks and a washroom.

This 5 Bedroom Villa is also available to rent more bedrooms, you can add 2 Additional Lower Level Casitas that have 1 bed in one room and 2 beds in the other room. Allowing for accommodations up to 16 people.

Your will begin your day with platters of fresh fruit, fresh-squeezed juices, and breakfast cooked to order. Huevos Mexicanos and Huevos Rancheros are just two of our many specialties. Villa Castillo has chef on site for more options so be ready for your fantastic new experience.

Maid Service Included
Daily maid service (except Sundays). The maid will refresh your room everyday and provide new bedding weekly.

Note: the suggested gratuity is 100 - 200 pesos per room, per cleaning.

The living room features an oversized, comfortable sectional sofa, 2 lounge chairs, a large TV, ceiling fan and air conditioner. Beside the living room you will find dining room with gorgeous jungle views.

Additional Meals
The chef can prepare a delicious meal just for you.
The preparation of the meal is at no additional charge. Food not included. Chef will shop for the food and the guest will repay the Chef

Beside the pool, in the pool house, you will find 2 of the biggest bedrooms, named Ellen and Carl; each bedroom has king size bed, closet, en-suite full bathroom with shower and vanity, ceiling fan and air conditioner.

Upstairs in the villa, you will find the bedrooms Katie, Joseph and Danielle; each bedroom has king size bed, closet, en-suite full bathroom with shower and vanity, ceiling fan and air conditioner. Just Danielle includes a traditional tiled, tub and the room has a gorgeous corner view.

As part of the amenities, you will enjoy our free Wifi through out the whole villa including all the bedrooms, pool area and the common areas.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

THIS IS A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY
No smoking inside the Villa.
Smoking is permitted out side the main door.

PLEASE NOTE: A $500USD CASH Damage Deposit will be taken at the time of checkin and returned at Checkout once the Vacation Expert / Concierge has completed the final walkthrough.

Cleaning - 6 days per week (No Sunday service)

VISITOR POLICY
Only guests registered and confirmed in your booking are allowed to occupy the unit over night.
Guests visitors are permitted but are limited to 5 visitors in total.
Guest visitors must be registered with the property manager / host / concierge
Guest visitors are NOT permitted to use the pool or common area.
Guest visitors that are not-registered may attend special dinners but the total guests for dinner is 15
The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge may apply.

PET POLICY
On a case by case basis, the property owner or property manager may approve a pet to stay in this unit. Small dogs under 15pounds will be consider. A Cash Pet damage deposit of $500USD will be required at the time of check in and will be reimbursed at the time of check out should there be no damage to the unit, the furniture or require additional cleaning.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE AFTER 11:00 PM: Including Radios, Stereos, Music, Televisions. No noise in common areas at 11PM.

POOL POLICY
POOL HOURS 9AM to 10PM (promptly).
The use of the POOL is at your own RISK.
The pool is NOT supervised by a pool attendant or lifeguard.
Pool is for GUEST USE, should you wish to request to have a visitor use the pool, permission must be requested 24 hours prior to using the pool.
NO glassware in the pool or around the pool. PLASTIC glasses and stemware only.
NO Pool Parties.
NO loud music or music played on portable sound systems at the pool or in the common areas.
NO Pets allowed in the pool.
NO Running around the pool area.
NO Urinating in the pool. Please use the washrooms in the common area.
PLEASE SHOWER or RINSE prior to using the pool. Showers are located on the same level as the pool


COMMON AREA RULES
Open fires, fire pits or the use of the wood burning BBQ is not permitted. This is a residential neighborhood.

During the hours that the chef is present you, upon approval you may be permitted to use the charcoal BBQ. PLEASE clean after using the chBBQ, dining area and/or common areas once you are complete. Pick up your trash. If the area is not cleaned, there will be a fee of $500 pesos to have the maid clean.
Please be respectful of all guests. If you wish to use your phone, laptop and/or personal device for phone calls etc.
USE YOUR HEADPHONES.
Please leave the washrooms and/or pool showers clean and tidy. Do not leave towels in the common area.

GUEST KEYS
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose a set of keys the cost is $50USD (1000pesos) for each lost -unreturned or damaged key or set of keys. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out. This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
There is no concierge. Erica was the staff member that went out of her way to accommodate everyone’s needs.
The pool was not in the best condition as far as cleanliness.
Erica was able to get people to solve the problem.

No hay conserje. Erica fue el miembro del personal que hizo todo lo posible para satisfacer las necesidades de todos.

Comments, Praise or Recommendations for the PVRPV Team:
Erica cleaned, and was our go to person. Her son Ian was an exceptionally friendly, helpful hard worker.
Caeser made excellent breakfasts for us. There were 16 of us. We had lots of food.

The Casita below had no refrigerator, so that was inconvenient. We should have been informed about this. There was an issue with the shower in the Casita with one bed. It was missing to start, then replaced, but the extreme loud noise was never fixed.
Also, there was no outside access to this property. The guests had to enter through the kitchen. This information should have also been shared with us, prior to check in.

La Casita de abajo no tenía nevera, así que fue un inconveniente. Deberíamos haber sido informados al respecto. Hubo un problema con la ducha en la Casita con una cama. Faltaba para empezar, luego la cambiaron, pero el ruido extremadamente fuerte nunca se arregló.
Además, no había acceso exterior a esta propiedad. Los huéspedes tenían que entrar por la cocina. Esta información también debería haber sido compartida con nosotros, antes del check in.
