PVRPV introduce you Casa Los Escritores Building! This complex includes 3 independent departments with easy access. This rustic building have everything that you may need really near. Is just 1 minute walk away from Parroquia Nuestra Seniora de Guapalupe and also 2 blocks away from the Malecon.

As soon as you arrive to main entrance for the Building, you have to take the black stairs, just 30 steps will let take you to arrive to the Penthouse.
Casa Carlos Fuentes is a 2 bedroom department, with 2 bathrooms, this rustic and modern decoration have a little for both worlds that will make you feel at home.
As soon as you open the door you will find the living room, next to the kitchen with the necessary supplies for have your meals ready. The living room includes a SmartTV with cable services and an access to the terrace. The living room does not includes A/C.

At the terrace you can find beside the amazing view to the Church and the sea, there is two longes where you can enjoy the sun at the morning. On the right there is a little dinning table for 4 guests and at the wall there is a little waterfond.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed and a private closet, also this room includes his own bathroom. The second bedroom includes a kind size bed, private closet and his own bathroom.

At this unit you can enjoy a full experience in Puerto Vallarta, with the fireworks show ever week (depends of the season) and the amazing view only looking your windows.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

The unit will only reimburse 60% of the payment in case of cancellation if the situation applies with the current policies of PVRPV

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
The apartment was wonderful because it was well located in El Centro, only two blocks away from the beach, half a block from the church and surrounded by restaurants.

The apartment itself is beautifully presented, it’s spacious, clean, well set up and we loved the french doors and the balcony that overlooked the beach and also Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. The balcony was an also a great place to see the fireworks every night. This apartment felt like a home away from home. The only thing we would say to our friends and family is that you need to climb three sets of stairs to enter the apartment, but the apartment itself is all on one level, which is fabulous.

We must also say that cleaning maid did a wonderful job cleaning our apartment, and Javier, the actual Property Manager of the apartment was very professional because as soon as we would contact PVRRV, and they would contact him, he was always swift and responsive to any of our requests. He was a lovely person to deal with and very accommodating to us.

El departamento fue maravilloso porque estaba bien ubicado en El Centro, a sólo dos cuadras de la playa, a media cuadra de la iglesia y rodeado de restaurantes.

El apartamento en sí está muy bien presentado, es espacioso, limpio, bien decorado y nos encantaron las puertas francesas y el balcón que daba a la playa y también a la Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe. El balcón también era un gran lugar para ver los fuegos artificiales todas las noches. Este apartamento se sentía como un hogar lejos del hogar. Lo único que les diríamos a nuestros amigos y familiares es que hay que subir tres tramos de escaleras para entrar al apartamento, pero el apartamento en sí está en un solo nivel, lo cual es fabuloso.

También debemos decir que la empleada de limpieza hizo un trabajo maravilloso limpiando nuestro apartamento, y Javier, el actual administrador de la propiedad del apartamento, fue muy profesional porque tan pronto como contactábamos a PVRRV, y ellos se comunicaban con él, él siempre era rápido y receptivo. cualquiera de nuestras peticiones. Fue una persona encantadora con la que tratar y muy servicial con nosotros.
