Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

OCCUPANCY POLICY
Maximum occupancy of 4 people in the unit.
This is an Adults Only property.
Adults above the age of 18+ are permitted.
NO Adults under the age of 18 are permitted.
The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property.
If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge.
VISITOR POLICY
Sorry, no visitors allowed.
PET POLICY
Sorry, pets are not allowed in this unit.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE between 10:00 pm until 8:00 am, including Speakers, Music, Televisions, Washer/Dryer, etc. inside of the unit.
POOLS POLICY
Please RETURN the towels to the UNIT.
Pool hours: Daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
The use of the POOL is at your own RISK.
PLEASE SHOWER or RINSE prior to using the pool.
NO Pool Parties.
Running, pushing, ball games, diving, and dangerous jumps are prohibited.
Swimming is not allowed if you have consumed alcohol.
No food of any kind is allowed in the pool area.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
NO glassware or ceramic items in the pool or around the pool. PLASTIC glasses and stemware only.
NO Urinating in the pool. Please use the washrooms next to the pool.
For safety, exit the pool in caes of rain or lightning.
Use designated entry and exit areas for your safety.
If you have your own music equipment, only use headphones.
COMMON AREAS POLICY
Do not litter on sidewalks, streets, medians, or common areas.
No bonfires in common areas.
Smoking is prohibited.
Prohibited to hang items such as clothes / towels on the terrace of your unit and outside.
Placing goals, nets, or sports equipment in common areas is prohibited.
Do not connect in any way to the common public lighting system or use its facilities, poles, cables, lights, or fixtures for personal use.
No hazardous or flammable substances, drugs, firearms, or any items that may pose a danger to the condominium are allowed.
Riding motorcycles, trikes, skates, or electric bicycles, as well as ATVs, is prohibited in green and common areas.
Parking vehicles with a capacity of more than 15 passengers in the condominium parking lot is prohibited.
GYM RULES
Schedule: Daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Use gym equipment with appropriate sports clothing and footwear.
No food is allowed.
Personal towels are mandatory for access.
For any questions, complaints, or equipment issues, please contact reception immediately.
Headphones are required for all personal music equipment.
KEY POLICY
This unit has a keyless entry. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a code to access the unit during your stay. Your concierge will explain how to operate the smart lock.
