Where can you get a cab?
You have many options to get a cab here, you can always ask for a cab at the front desk of the building, or you can walk north across Dominican Republic and turn right onto Las Americas and you will find a cab stand in front of La Langosta Feliz. And another option is to head east on Las Americas towards the corner of Las Americas and Ecuador.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

General politics:
- The provisions of this regulation are mandatory for each guests of any apartment and in general for any person who is inside the condominium.
IMAGE
- It is not allowed to hang objects, curtains or clothing of any kind in the frame of the windows, balconies, terraces, roofs or exterior railings of the apartments, which distort the visual image of the condominium.
- It is important that every guest or tenant try not to leave any object in the pool area, terrace, area or outside their apartment or condominium parking, since the administration will not be responsible for forgotten or stolen objects.
- The guest must operate their radio, television, stereo and in general any sound device with a low volume, so as not to disturb the neighbors.
POOL, GYM AND TERRACE (COMMON AREAS)
- The hours of use and enjoyment of the pool will be from 9:00 to 22:00 hours and CHILDREN SHOULD NOT BE UNSUPERVISED BY AN ADULT WHEN THEY ARE IN THE POOL AREA.
- The use of the shower before entering the pool, is mandatory for all users and it is the obligation of adults to make the minors who accompany them comply with this provision.
- The use of the pool by drunk people is not allowed, and it is also prohibited to eat food or drinks inside the pool or its immediate limits; For this purpose, the furniture arranged around the pool must be used.
- To use the pool, a bathing suit is mandatory. The guest or visitor may not enter the pool with a shirt on, sports shorts, Bermuda shorts, underwear, nightgown, cap, naked or with transparent clothing. It is not allowed to remove part of the bathing clothes in the area.
- In the pool it is forbidden to use metal cutlery, as well as glass items: bottles, containers, containers, glasses and tableware.
- It is forbidden to put tables, chairs, lounge chairs or any other object into the pool, only toys designed for use in the pool can be put in.
- It is mandatory for all guests to maintain the good condition of the pool furniture. It is the responsibility of whoever breaks, stains, scratches or burns any furniture, to replace it in its entirety.
- It is the obligation of every guest to collect their trash and waste after using the pool and terrace areas.
- The use of the terrace is exclusively for family use, it is not allowed the use of meat grills or street stalls or any type of grape harvest, meetings for commercial or promotional purposes is not allowed.
- It is prohibited to organize gatherings such as birthdays, children's parties and social gatherings in the common areas of the condominium without prior notification, as well as to produce noise or commotion after 10:00 p.m. Since this interferes with the tranquility of the inhabitants of the condominium.
- It is forbidden to spray any of the common areas with chemicals, oils, grease, gasoline, acids, chlorine or soapy water.
GYM
- The use of the gym will be 24 hours, being the responsibility of the user to leave all the equipment tidy, turn off the air conditioning and light. As well as closing the door when finished using it.
- No pets.
GARBAGE
- The time to throw the garbage is from 18:00 to 19:00 since the collection is at this time and leaving garbage after the appointed time carries the risk of generating pests.
- Trash should be placed outside the building around the corner, which is the area's designated trash location.

Easy Uber to everything
Nice relaxing stay. Large 2 bedroom with everything you need. Easy Uber drive to romantic zone and all the good restaurants. Condo is in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds with everything you need in the kitchen if you choose to cook your own meals. Close to Costco and other shopping options.
Fácil Uber a todo
Agradable estancia relajante. 2 grandes dormitorios con todo lo necesario. Fácil Uber en coche a la zona romántica y todos los buenos restaurantes. Condominio está en un barrio tranquilo. Cómodas camas con todo lo necesario en la cocina si decide cocinar sus propias comidas. Cerca de Costco y otras opciones de compras.
