Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

THIS IS A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY
No smoking inside the property, the unit, on the terraces / balconies, at the pool or in the common areas
Smoking is permitted outside the main door / gate

OCCUPANCY POLICY
This is an adults only Building; NO Children under the age of 19
2 Bedroom Units - 4 Guests Maximum

VISITOR POLICY
Only guests registered and confirmed in your booking are allowed to occupy the unit.
Guests visitors are permitted but are limited to 4 visitors
Guest visitors must be registered with the PVRPV concierge (day visitors or overnight visitors)
Guest visitors are NOT permitted to use the pool or common area
The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge may apply.

PET POLICY
The One Beach Street property does not allow pets anywhere in the complex.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE AFTER 11:00 PM: Including Radios, Stereos, Music, Televisions inside of the units. No noise in common areas at 11PM.
When entering and exiting the complex after 11PM remember other guests may be sleeping.
Please be respectful of ALL guests.

POOL POLICY
Pool Towel service for the beach is FREE please pick one up at the front desk. Provide your room number. You can return it during your stay for a new one.
POOL HOURS 9AM to 10PM (promptly)
The use of the POOL is at your own RISK.
The pool is NOT supervised by a pool attendant or lifeguard.
Pool is for GUEST USE – Guest visitors are not permitted to use the pool
NO glassware in the pool or around the pool. PLASTIC glasses and stemware only.
NO Pool Parties
NO loud music or music played on portable sound systems at the pool or in the common areas.
The pool area does have a music system that will play lounge style music throughout the day.
NO Pets allowed in the pool
NO Running around the pool area
NO Urinating in the pool. Please use the washrooms in the common area.
PLEASE SHOWER or RINSE prior to using the pool. Showers are located on the same level as the pool
Pool towels may left in hamper in the common area washroom.


COMMON AREA RULES

Please be respectful of all guests. If you wish to use your phone, laptop and/or personal device for phone calls etc.
USE YOUR HEADPHONES.


GUEST KEYS
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

TRASH & GARBAGE SHOOT
Garbage should always be bagged before entering the garbage shoot.
Never throw bottles down the chute.
Don't force big cartons (extra large pizza) down the chute, because these will get stuck somewhere in between and hold up following trash.
Whenever you have items that don't fit or you are unsure about feeding these into the chute, please call front desk and someone will be send up to collect. After calling, you can leave the items below the chute, outside your gate.

PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose a set of keys the cost is $50USD (1000pesos) for each lost -unreturned or damaged key or set of keys. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out. This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.

OTHER RULES AND REGULATIONS

• Check in is 4:00pm and Check-out 12:00pm
• Front desk is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. if you need assistance after hours please dial ext. 264 with the security guard available 24 hours.
• Please turn off a/c and tv when you leave the room.
• Clothes, towels or any other item may not be hung on the balcony.
• Pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. An adult must accompany children under 12 while in the Pool área
• Please do not remove shower towels from the unit. If you need beach towels, please ask for them in Front desk from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
• Please do not use dishwashers or laundry after 10:00 p.m
• Upon arrival you will be given room keys, beach towels, safe key, tv and a/c remotes
• If you lose any of the items given to you upon arrival a charge will be applied. $30 USD for towels, $50 USD for each remote control (TV-A/A) , $100 USD for safety deposit locks/key
• Unreasonable behavior and / or noise that may disturb other guests are not allowed. Radio, TV, stereo, etc., must be kept at a low volume at all times.
• Glass items are not allowed in the pool area.
• Pets are not allowed in the property.
• Please respect our maximum room occupancy of 4 pax in 1BDR rooms and 6 pax in 2 BDR rooms
• Gymnasium is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. People under 16 years old are not allowed
