PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations presents Condominio Olas Altas Unit 1, a charming 1 bedroom in the quaint 7 unit complex known as Condominios Olas Altas located in the heart of Old Town in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta.

The Condominio Olas Altas complex is gated, and very secure, offers an in ground pool, gas grill, plenty of beautiful palm trees, lounging chairs, tables and chairs with umbrellas, and the hedges which makes the common area very private to everyone.

All the charm and energy of sidewalk bars and cafes, restaurants, boutiques, Saturday flea markets, art galleries and nightlife are around the corner yet the complex stays relaxing and quiet, just two blocks away from the Bay of Banderas Los Muertos Beach.

Condominio Olas Altas Unit 1 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom vacation location in Puerto Vallarta of 700 sq. ft. and is located on the first floor in front of the pool and is separated by the small set of stairs. The kitchen decorated Mexican style comes with a breakfast nook counter for two and is fully equipped including a refrigerator, stove, microwave and all that you would need to prepare meals. Also included is air conditioning, wireless internet and safe and a local land line.

The living room has two sofas, television, CD and DVD player and cable.

In the separate raised bedroom, you will find a king size bed, closet space, safe and private bathroom and alarm clock.

There are 20 stairs to get to the condo.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

Renters agree to abide by the following Rental Rules while at the property and shall ensure all members of the rental party and any guests they invite on the property will abide by the following rules at all times:

1. The maximum number of people staying in each unit is two adults.
2. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that might occur while on the premises or during the use of its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. All the guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
3. Rentar and their guest must keep the property and all furnishing in good order.
4. Pets are NOT permitted.
5. This is an adults-only complex. No kids are allowed.
6. The use of the pool is at renters' own risk. No more than two invited guests per unit are allowed to use the pool area at the same time. no outside parties or excessive noise are permitted on the pool or deck areas. there is no lifeguard on duty.
7. Smoking is not permitted in the common area of the complex, including the pool and patio area.
8. The security of the complex is of paramount importance. Renters need to ensure that the front gate of the complex is locked behind them every time it is used.
9. no refunds will be given for natural disasters or other events that are out of the Homeowners control (including weather events or political unrest)

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
would be great to have all ceiling fans regularly checked and serviced. several needed attention. water collected on inside of fridge or leaked thru to floor. Stove was great! I could also recommend a update to the A/C. Are screens missing from front Windows? I would also hope the bathroom window which could not be closed, is repaired/restored for next visitors. thanks.

Staff was great and responsive when Doctors were needed. Much appreciated.

Sería estupendo que se revisaran regularmente todos los ventiladores de techo y se les diera mantenimiento. ¡Estufa era genial! También podría recomendar una actualización del aire acondicionado. ¿Faltan mosquiteras en las ventanas delanteras? También espero que la ventana del baño, que no se podía cerrar, se repare/restaure para los próximos visitantes. gracias.

El personal era genial y sensible cuando se necesitaban médicos. Muy apreciado.

Comments, Praise or Recommendations for the PVRPV Team:
The process from booking to getting email confirmation is fine, but there seems to be a hiccup for payment. After multiple bookings, it hasn't been the same - i could be wrong. I had to call for one of my bookings to ask, if payment and confirmation of payment had been recorded. However, I do like the process of booking online, receiving a confirmation and then allowing time for a renter to confirm dates and units before payment. I believe it's the waiting or crossing fingers, I see the payment request email - that seems like the hiccup. On another note - someone should inspect the cookware in units and either recommend a list of utensils and cookware to owners.
