If you walk a little further you will find Los Muertos Beach, the Malecon boardwalk, shopping, and endless number of restaurants, cafes, live performance venues and the Emiliano Zapata open air market.
This beautiful one bedroom, two bathroom unit is filled with greenery giving a feeling of freshness and peace. This condo is located on the top floor of the building overlooking the river, with views to the ocean, the mountains, and the city, giving a complete panorama of Vallarta.
The common areas provide you with access to a full-service gym on the top floor, a heated and salt water pool, along with an indoor jacuzzi. There are plenty of loungers and dining tables for relaxing, plus a barbecue area for preparing your best recipes.
The principal bedroom with a queen size bed features a sliding glass door to the terrace which offers a full and open view of the river vegetation, part of the city and part of the ocean, Special touches include a quilted mattress, luxurious cotton sheets and towels, a walk-in closet with valuables safe, smart TV, and Amazon firestick. Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

No smoking, no pets, max 4 guests
REGULATION
1. Roof top, pool and jacuzzi area are available between for use from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
2. There is no specific smoking area. Be respectful of others. If there are people nearby, please move to another area. Be responsible of your ashes.
3. Absolutely No glass in the pool, Jacuzzi or on the roof top area. Broken glass is a huge danger and could require draining and cleaning the pool at your expense.
4. No food or drink in the pool or Jacuzzi. Please use the tables at rooftop.
5. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in rooftop and pool.
6. No large floats or hard-sided boards are allowed in the pool or Jacuzzi- children's and small individual adult floats are allowed.
7. For safety reasons, no running, jumping or diving into the pool.
8. For safety reasons, when there is lightning in the area, vacate the pool.
9. All users (Owners and guests) must wear a bathing suit to use a pool and jacuzzi; children in diapers must also wear swim diapers.
10. No reserving chairs as a courtesy to others. Please do not leave personal items when leaving the terrace area.
11. It is mandatory to clean the grill after having used it, keep the pool area and terrace clean. It is prohibited to leave food or waste on the grill, tables or chairs.
12. Pease use the showers to rinse off before entering the pool or jacuzzi. Please dry off completely and do not enter to the elevator or property with wet feet or dripping water. Wet floors are hazardous as people can slip and fall and hurt themselves.
13. Offensive, disrespectful or unruly behavior, profanity, and abusive language are prohibited. The volume in sound equipment as well as the noise of voices should be moderate. The Condominio Isla Cuale reserves the right to remove such persons from the area.
15. Pets are not allowed in the roof top area, pool or Jacuzzi.
Due to the continuing Covid 19 pandemic, we have updated our house Rules for the continued safety of our staff, owners and guests
1) Owners and renters can use the pool area. In addition, a maximum of 2 outside known visitors per condo unit can accompany the resident to enjoy the pool area.
2) Everyone entering the building must wear a mask in the common areas.
3) When entering the building, please use the antibacterial gel.
4) Maximum capacity for the elevator is 3 persons or one household and mask use is mandatory.
5) Owners who rent their apartments must have it sanitzed between each rental.
6) Sanitizing cost per apartment: One bedroom is $ 350.00 pesos and two bedrooms is $ 450.00 pesos
7) The 7th floor will be available for everyone’s use from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
This condo has a great layout and some of the best, most thoughtful amenities provided by a host. Everything was new and well-designed for the space. The only negative was that we heard quite a bit of noise from the cats that inhabit the park across the street. The air conditioner was so quiet that it did not block out their noise. Other than that, we would highly recommend this vacation rental and compliment the owner for such a lovely place to stay.
Este condominio tiene un gran diseño y algunas de las mejores y más pensadas comodidades proporcionadas por un anfitrión. Todo era nuevo y bien diseñado para el espacio. Lo único negativo fue que oímos bastante ruido de los gatos que habitan el parque al otro lado de la calle. El aire acondicionado era tan silencioso que no tapaba su ruido. Aparte de eso, recomendamos encarecidamente este alquiler de vacaciones y felicitamos al propietario por un lugar tan encantador para alojarse.
