This beautifully decorated one bedroom and two full baths relaxing paradise is the perfect place to escape. This unit is located on the first floor with over 900 square foot of living space.
The unit has direct elevator access takes you into your semi-private foyer, and stepping through your personal entrance, you will feel immediately welcomed by your bright and open kitchen, luxurious finishes, extra high ceilings, efficient space arrangement, and bright, spacious living area with attached terrace. From there, enter into the privacy of your spacious and comfortable master suite featuring a wall to wall closet with large in-suite bathroom. Also enjoy the convenience of your laundry room and guest full bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped to make dinner for you and your guests. It includes a full size side by side fridge/freezer that includes icemaker and filtered water. The five burner range gives you the opportunity to make a delicious meal while you enjoy the view of the mountains.
The dining table sits four comfortably while the living room area gives additional space to accommodate your guests. The unit includes a 50 inch smart TV in the living room as well as a Bluetooth speaker system to help you enjoy your favorite hits!
Once you are ready to retreat to the master bedroom, you will encounter a comfortable king size bed. The spacious master bathroom gives you plenty of room to get ready for taking a walk down the Malecon or a night out!
The common areas provide you access to a gorgeous swimming pool along the riverfront. There are plenty of lounging chairs and cabanas to enjoy. There are additional lounging chairs along the river bank for you to relax. There s also a riverside fire pit. The property includes 24-hour security.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

SWIMMING POOL RULES REGLAS PARA LA ALBERCA
1. There is no life-guard on duty. Those who use the pool do so at their own risk.
2. Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times.
3. Children under 12 years must be under the constant supervision of a responsible adult.
4. Infants and small children must wear swim diapers.
5. Reserving chairs is not permitted.
6. Glass, bottles, and other breakable items are not allowed in the pool or pool area. Please use plastic glasses to prevent any injuries.
7. Pool floatation devices should be removed from the pool area when they are not in use.
8. Pets are not allowed in the pool or pool patio. Pets may be walked through the pool patio to gain access to the dog walk area or river.
9. Loud, boisterous, or unruly behavior is not allowed in the pool area. Persons behaving inappropriately may be subject to being removed by security.
10. Diving is not allowed in the pool.
11. Anyone using the pool must dry off before reentering the lobby and elevators.
12. Daytime guests (guests not staying overnight) as well as invited employees, must be accompanied by owners, or their tenants, at all times.
13. Pool parties of ten or more people must be registered with the Administrator in advance and notice of such parties must be posted for the benefit of the other owners.
14. The administrator, with the direction of the Board, will decide the schedule of the pool area, taking into consideration the time of year, the condition of the water, and the maintenance schedule.
15. The pool is open every day from 8 AM to 10 PM, except during staff maintenance of the pool.
ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 p.m., will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 a.m. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 p.m.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
There was no pool available, and there was no signage saying so. Apparently it was being built or rebuilt, not sure which.
No había piscina disponible, y no había ningún cartel que lo dijera. Al parecer estaba en construcción o reconstrucción, no estoy seguro de cuál.
Comments, Praise or Recommendations for the PVRPV Team:
We worked directly with Pablo Soto in the office and who checked us out of the condo. He was amazing! Friendly and informative. However, he was unable to check us in, so another person (Federico?) was sent. He was in a rush and didn't have time to show us anything. One very important thing to note. Each apartment should have it's own key!!! We did give that information to Pablo and the housekeeping manager. Overall the location was great, the condo is in beautiful condition. Very quiet and peaceful The building staff at the gate were also very friendly. It was such a nice place to stay. Thank You!!
Trabajamos directamente con Pablo Soto en la oficina y que nos registramos fuera del condominio. ¡Él era increíble! Amable e informativo. Sin embargo, no pudo registrarnos, así que enviaron a otra persona (¿Federico?). Tenía prisa y no tuvo tiempo de enseñarnos nada. Una cosa muy importante a tener en cuenta. Cada apartamento debería tener su propia llave. Le dimos esa información a Pablo y al encargado de la limpieza. En general, la ubicación era genial, el condominio está en perfectas condiciones. Muy tranquilo y pacífico El personal del edificio en la puerta también eran muy amables. Fue un lugar muy agradable para alojarse. ¡Gracias!
