PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations presents Casa Scooter Unit 3 is a charming condo in a private seven unit complex called Condominio Olas Altas located right in the heart of Old Town Puerto Vallarta, called Romantic Zone.

The Condominio Olas Altas complex is gated, and very secure, offers an in ground pool, gas grill, plenty of beautiful palm trees, lounging chairs, tables and chairs with umbrellas, and the hedges which makes the common area very private to everyone.

All the charm and energy of sidewalk bars and cafes, restaurants, boutiques, Saturday flea markets, art galleries and nightlife are around the corner yet the complex stays relaxing and quiet, just two blocks away from the Bay of Banderas, Los Muertos Beach.

Casa Scooter unit 3 vacation location of Puerto Vallarta is a 700 sq. ft. condo located on the second floor, a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo which has a bright and colorful decor that will make you feel like you are truly in paradise on your vacation. The fully equipped Kitchen includes microwave, refrigerator, stove, and wine fridge, and two blenders for your margaritas! Also included is air conditioning, wireless internet and safe and a local land line.

Casa Scooter also has a very spacious, open patio off the living room which has a dining and entertainment area. The full size living room offers plenty of seating area, flat screen television, cable, IPod docking station.

The bedroom which is separate raised and includes a king size bed, closet space, safe, alarm clock and private bathroom.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

Renters agree to abide by the following Rental Rules while at the property and shall ensure all members of the rental party and any guests they invite on the property will abide by the following rules at all times:

1. The maximum number of people staying in each unit is two adults.
2. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that might occur while on the premises or during the use of its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. All the guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
3. Rentar and their guest must keep the property and all furnishing in good order.
4. Pets are NOT permitted.
5. This is an adults-only complex. No kids are allowed.
6. The use of the pool is at renters' own risk. No more than two invited guests per unit are allowed to use the pool area at the same time. no outside parties or excessive noise are permitted on the pool or deck areas. there is no lifeguard on duty.
7. Smoking is not permitted in the common area of the complex, including the pool and patio area.
8. The security of the complex is of paramount importance. Renters need to ensure that the front gate of the complex is locked behind them every time it is used.
9. no refunds will be given for natural disasters or other events that are out of the Homeowners control (including weather events or political unrest)

Comments, Praise or Recommendations for the PVRPV Team:
Unlike my last visit to the same rental unit, staff didn't ask if I needed transportation from the Airport to the Rental. When I asked about pre-arranged Transportation, I was told it was too late - all drivers with 3rd party company were booked.

A diferencia de mi última visita a la misma unidad de alquiler, el personal no me preguntó si necesitaba transporte desde el aeropuerto hasta el alquiler. Cuando pregunté por el servicio de transporte concertado, me dijeron que era demasiado tarde, ya que todos los conductores de la tercera empresa estaban ocupados.
